These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Survey54 mobile application (“App”), website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use the Service.

1. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
You may only use the Service if:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

2. SANCTIONS, EXPORT CONTROLS & RESTRICTED PERSONS
As a condition of receiving rewards or consideration through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not subject to sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom, including those administered under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018;
• You are not listed on any UK sanctions list maintained by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI);
• You are not owned or controlled by a sanctioned person or entity;
• You are not located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive UK sanctions;
• You are not engaged in unlawful, terrorist, or prohibited activities.

Survey54 may conduct screening checks where required for compliance.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Forfeiture of unpaid rewards
• Reporting to relevant authorities

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To access surveys, you must:

• Create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain only one account unless expressly authorised

You may not:

• Impersonate another person
• Use false demographic data
• Share accounts
• Use automated scripts or bots

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for suspected abuse, fraud, or breach.

4. SURVEYS AND TASKS
Survey opportunities (“Tasks”) may include:

• Surveys
• Image, video, or audio submissions
• Location-based reporting
• Consumer research activities

Each Task will specify:

• Requirements
• Completion criteria
• Consideration (reward)
• Any additional data disclosures

Completion of a Task does not create:

• Employment
• Agency
• Partnership
• Contractor status

Survey54 does not guarantee availability of Tasks.

5. REWARDS, CASH-OUTS, AND DEADLINES

5.1 Reward Allocation

Rewards are credited only after:

• Full completion
• Compliance review
• Fraud validation

Rewards are conditional until approved.

5.2 Minimum Cash-Out Thresholds

You must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold before cashing out.

Minimum thresholds:

• Vary by country
• May vary by payment provider
• May be updated periodically

5.3 Cash-Out Period

Rewards must be withdrawn within six (6) months of being credited (“Cash-Out Period”).

Failure to withdraw within the Cash-Out Period may result in:

• Administrative fees
• Forfeiture of aged balances
• Account dormancy restrictions

Survey54 may, at its discretion, waive deadlines in exceptional circumstances.

5.4 Payment Processing

Survey54 may use third-party providers to process payments.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by payment providers
• Currency conversion fees
• Incorrect information supplied by you
• Banking errors outside our control

6. FRAUD PREVENTION AND VERIFICATION
Survey54 may implement:

• Identity verification procedures
• Device fingerprinting
• Behavioural analysis
• Geo-location checks
• Artificial intelligence fraud detection

You agree to cooperate with any verification process.

Fraudulent activity may result in:

• Permanent suspension
• Forfeiture of rewards
• Legal action

Survey54’s fraud determinations are final unless manifest error is demonstrated.

7. USER CONTENT AND LICENCE
If you submit content in connection with a Task (“User Content”), you grant Survey54:

• A worldwide
• Royalty-free
• Perpetual
• Irrevocable
• Transferable licence

to use, reproduce, modify, analyse, distribute, and sublicense such content for research, analytics, commercial, and product improvement purposes.

You warrant that:

• You own the rights to the content;
• The content does not infringe third-party rights;
• The content complies with law.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Survey54 processes personal data in accordance with:

• UK General Data Protection Regulation
• Data Protection Act 2018

Survey54 acts as a Data Controller in relation to:

• Account data
• Fraud prevention
• Reward processing
• Platform analytics

9. ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

• Access non-public areas of the Service;
• Attempt to bypass security measures;
• Reverse engineer the software;
• Engage in unlawful conduct;
• Invade privacy;
• Enter restricted premises;
• Complete Tasks in an unsafe manner.

If Tasks require physical presence in public areas, you must:

• Comply with all laws
• Avoid trespass
• Act safely at all times

10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survey54 disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
  Fitness for a particular purpose
  Non-infringement
  Accuracy of data
  Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survey54 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of earnings
• Loss of data
• Business interruption

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed:

• The value of validated but unpaid rewards in your account.

Nothing excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud
• Liability that cannot be excluded under English law

12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Survey54 against claims arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement
  Your unlawful conduct
  Your violation of third-party rights
  Unsafe or unlawful activity while completing Tasks

13. TERMINATION
Survey54 may terminate your access:

• For breach
• For fraud
• For regulatory compliance
• At our discretion with reasonable cause

Upon termination:

• Access ceases immediately
• Fraudulent rewards may be forfeited
• Surviving provisions remain in effect

14. MODIFICATIONS
We may amend this Agreement at any time.

Material changes will be notified via:

• Email
• App notification
• Website update

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Survey54.
